  Comprehensive Opportunity Diligence
Our high success rate is partially due to the deep diligence we perform including a conservative estimated value range based on the parameters we believe most affect pricing. We effectively leverage this model to set appropriate expectations to support the most advantageous valuation for our Clients. We evaluate the IP value proposition through the eyes of a prospective buyer to identify the strategic importance of the IP to these potential target markets and optimize the market opportunity.
     
  Documentation and Marketing Strategy
We create the complete opportunity-marketing package, including deep IP, business/market and technology analysis to determine appropriate target acquirers. Marketing packages are customized to support the timing, valuation, and information needs of the best-fit potential acquirers.
     
  Contact and Disclosure Management
We handle all third-party bidder contacts allowing our Client to be more considered in the response, as well as to provide a valuable safety-buffer in disclosures and negotiations thus managing the flow of information to preserve the integrity and downstream value of the patents.
     
  Direct Sales and Auction Management
We tailor the process to your market opportunity from direct sales/purchases to multi-party auctions. We also assist in the closing out of existing encumbrances that can reduce the value of patents. We can even work to secure a back license for the sellers as required.
     
  Sale and Closing Management
We will drive the closing process through to completion, including support for your legal counsel especially as related to negotiating the representations and warranties.
